  • For orders under £50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • We currently ship to the UK and Europe only.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically range from 3-7 business days.

  • We use reliable couriers to deliver your orders, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Velas London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

  • We accept returns for products purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@velaslondon.co.uk to receive a return authorization number.

  • Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace or refund the product.
